Whether you apply directly to QBE or through a recruitment agency you will be required to complete an online application form, or submit a CV.
If your application meets our requirements, we will invite you for an interview. For some roles, you will need to complete an online assessment prior to attending an interview. If this is the case a member of the recruitment team will be in touch with you.
Interviews are conducted face to face, in our offices, with one of our recruiters and/or a line manager.
Be prepared to talk about yourself, your relevant work experience as well as your technical skills. The process and questions will vary based on the role you have applied for however they will explore the QBE Vision and Values. Our Vision and Values drive our service, impact our culture and are designed to maximise business performance and create a productive working environment. They embellish our day-to-day roles with meaning and purpose and underpin all we do, on a strategic level.
You may be asked to complete an online assessment either prior to or after your interview. The exact structure and content will depend on the role for which you have applied, as different roles require different skills. In other cases, you may be asked to attend additional interviews. Don’t worry, we will keep in touch with you throughout the whole process.
Should you be successful after the interview and selection process, we will make you an offer. Your recruiter will answer any questions you may have, and if you are happy with the offer, we look forward to welcoming you on board.
